The owners of Randpark Ridge Montessori are Michele and Renaldo Olivier, directors with a passion for empowering children to realise their fullest potential.
Michele and Renaldo have gained invaluable experience in their careers outside of education. Michele is a qualified chartered accountant and has spent the past 25 years working in the financial markets to provide credible research to assist portfolio managers in making the best investment decisions when investing in pension funds. Renaldo is a qualified chartered management accountant and has held various management positions over 27 years in different business areas such as finance, customer service, inbound and outbound logistics, and information technology.
Adding a deeply personal touch to their journey, Michele and Renaldo’s experiences have shaped their dedication to education. Their son faces the unique challenge of Autism, inspiring them to launch LUC Academy in 2011—a centre designed to support learners living with Autism. This venture kindled their profound love for educational institutions. It served as the cornerstone for the establishment of Randpark Ridge Montessori.
Their shared belief that every child deserves the chance to thrive drives their unwavering dedication to Randpark Ridge Montessori. They are thrilled about the future and are committed to delivering top-quality education.
