To ensure seamless communication, we have embraced modern technology. We primarily utilise WhatsApp groups for daily communication. With your consent, you will be added to WhatsApp groups tailored to your child’s class and school activities. These groups are designed to inform you about important notices and exciting school happenings. We go the extra mile to ensure comprehensive and real-time communication in exceptional cases that demand additional support for a child’s development. With all stakeholders’ consent, including parents, teachers, and professional specialists, we may form a special team WhatsApp group. This group is a dedicated platform to discuss and report on the child’s progress and challenges. It allows for immediate collaboration and ensures everyone is on the same page, working together to provide the best possible support and guidance for the child’s unique needs. Our commitment to open and effective communication extends to these unique situations, reinforcing our dedication to each child’s success.

But our commitment to communication continues beyond there. We believe in transparency and accountability. That’s why you can expect to receive a comprehensive report detailing your child’s development and academic performance at the end of each term.
These reports are invaluable tools to track your child’s progress.

We also value one-on-one interactions. Our individual parent meetings are held at least twice a year, with no limits on additional sessions should you wish to discuss your child’s unique program and goals. We encourage open dialogue and collaboration.

However, we respect professional boundaries. Our dedicated teachers are instructed not to respond to messages or take phone calls after 18:00 or before 6:00 unless it’s a personal emergency. This ensures a healthy work-life balance for our educators while prioritising your child’s well-being during school hours.
